This project involved the complete design and construction of a rear single storey extension.

Stoneberry designed, obtained planning approval and built the rear extension including all the internal finishes, plumbing and electrical works.

This project involved the complete design and construction of a garage conversion and new kitchen installation.

Stoneberry designed, obtained planning approval, built a new detached garage, converted the old garage,  brought the front of the house forwards, paved the drive and project managed the installation of the new kitchen. 

The removal of internal walls, the re-siting of the boiler to the loft, the installation of a wine cellar, the electrification of the garage and the high quality finishes were also done by Stoneberry.

All elements of the project from the design, structural calculations, groundwork, bricklaying, plastering, plumbing, electrical installation and finishes were managed by Stoneberry Construction Ltd.

This project involved the complete removal of the existing garage which was pre-fabricated concrete and it's existing base slab. The removal of the steel car port and the total replacement of the tarmac driveway.

The completed scheme as viewed in the pictures is a pebble dashed concrete blockwork and stone garage, 18 feet wide by 24 feet long with a tiled roof and electric roller shutter high security door.

The drive has been re-profiled and paved in Bradstone's Woburn Graphite Paving. 

All the works to design the garage, seek building regulations and planning permission, demolish the old and construct the new garage, fitment of the doors and the paving and drainage to the drive were undertaken by Stoneberry. 

A complete design and build solution was provided.
